EVOO Tandem arise from a sensitive concern of its creators, who know perfectly what to venerate emotional cuisine above everything means. It is based on a cuisine in which good work comes together with optimal selection of products. And they create the best extra virgin olive oil from that conviction, so the most sublime olive oils can be taken to the best cuisines in the world, and thus, turn them into the main character of the most singular culinary proposals.

Tandem EVOOs from 2017-2018 campaign are recognised by the Denomination of Origin of Sierra Cazorla, an official stamp which certifies olive oils with singular qualities, typical of olive trees that grow in the cradle of the Guadalquivir river and in the heart of the Natural Park of the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas.

This is why when Nerua Guggenheim (Bilbao) with chef Josean Alija (Michelin star and three Repsol suns) opened their doors to us, we realized we were doing things right. We are very grateful to Stefania Giordano, Maître D of Nerua, for being so generous to us and for becoming a very special ambassador of our oils.

We wanted to wish him the best on his most personal challenge to date, which he started at the end of 2017: Bága.
